Phoenix population growth remains steady at 4% annually
Despite a slowdown in 2008-2009, the population growth rate in the Phoenix metro area has increased by nearly 4% per year for the past 40 years, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Forecasters say growth in the Valley will continue to rise steadily heading into 2018, good news for investors!
