In Scottsdale, the median one-bedroom rental unit goes for $1,250, slightly above the national one-bedroom median rental price of $1,198.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, Times;font-size: 14pt\">Gilbert, Arizona places second to Scottsdale with a median one-bedroom rental price of $1,000. according to Zumper, which named Glendale, Arizona the least expensive city for one-bedroom rentals at $740.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, Times;font-size: 14pt\">The Phoenix area is relatively affordable compared to other large cities in the nation. Ten of the region&#8217;s 11 cities Zumper analyzed are under the national median.
