However, we do ask borrowers to plan for the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">\n<li>Up to 70-80% LTV (Winning bid amount)<\/li>\n<li>20% to 30% of purchase price down payment<\/li>\n<li>Lending Fees up to $1000<\/li>\n<li>18% per annum (APR)<\/li>\n<li>Three to six month notes<\/li>\n<li>Monthly interest payments<\/li>\n<li>Capital requirement of at least $100,000<\/li>\n<li>Some previous knowledge and experience with investment real estate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>Hard Money<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As stated under the Place a Bid section, include in the notes whether hard money is required.
